Good and clean beef must come from standard slaughter and slaughter processes. Passed the certification from the meat inspector of the Ministry of Agriculture in that country. Fresh, clean beef will look red. not black or dark And there must be no chemicals, drugs or microorganisms that can cause disease to consumers.
In some religious beliefs such as Hinduism or Mahayana Buddhism Eating beef is considered unreligious.
